The Festival is held at Maddox Family Campground located at 6742 Maddox Boulevard on lovely Chincoteague Island.  The campground is located just off the traffic circle across from the chamber office which is the little blue building in the middle of the traffic circle. 

             
    
     



There is very limited parking around the festival grounds so we do recommend that you "Ride the Pony Express"!!  The Trolley will stop near most motels and campgrounds for your convenience.  Parking is available at Chincoteague Combined School 4586 Main Street for those wishing to ride the trolley who are not staying overnight. 
Handicapped persons may be dropped off at the entrance near the campground office before 10:00 a.m.  Someone will be on hand to help you onto the festival grounds.  The person driving the vehicle must park elsewhere and either walk in or catch the trolley.  The Trolley is also handicap accessible.

GETTING HERE FROM THE NORTH:
Us Rt. 50 East to Salisbury MD...US Rt. 13 South to VA...Left on Hwy 175 East

GETTING HERE FROM THE SOUTH:
I-64 TO Exit 282...Follow US Rt. 13 North across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and up the Eastern Shore of VA...Right on Hwy 175 East.

Use 6742 Maddox Blvd. Chincoteague Island, VA  23336 for GPS settings or to get directions from MapQuest or other online map sites.
